Terms of service

Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern your use of Praxiox, provided by Praxiox Ltd. ("Praxiox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Praxiox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Praxiox on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Praxiox is an operations management platform provided by Praxiox Ltd. The service includes project management, document management, meeting records, approvals, dashboards, and related features as described on our website. We may update, modify, or add features as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice for any material changes that affect your use of the service.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@praxiox.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Praxiox.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Praxiox ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not access, use, or share Your Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Praxiox to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to our systems and infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to Praxiox without our prior written permission.
  • Use the service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Free trial

We offer a free trial period that provides full access to Praxioxfor a limited time. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be limited to the free tier functionality. We reserve the right to modify the duration and terms of the free trial at any time.

7. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
  • Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Early Adopter pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

Praxiox, the Praxiox logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Praxiox Ltd. Praxioxis the product offered under that company name. The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@praxiox.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praxiox Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Praxiox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the product at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Praxiox after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
