Docs

Public documentation for what Praxiox does today

This page documents the features already implemented in the app. It is intentionally narrower than the PRD and excludes items that are still marked as coming soon.

What is included

Praxiox is built around one governed workspace for delivery teams. The core experience centers on portfolio visibility, structured execution, attached context, and controlled sharing.

If you want the marketing overview, see the features page. If you want a walkthrough of the live product surfaces, use the module list below.

Live modules

Portfolio dashboard

A live portfolio overview with KPI tiles, health signals, activity summaries, notifications, and filtered workspace views.

Projects

Project records with configurable columns, saved views, CSV import and export, and project-level reporting fields.

Activities

Task-level execution with owners, priorities, progress, due dates, completion tracking, and child-item visibility controls.

Documents

Workspace documents that stay attached to the work they support, with quick-create and context-menu actions in the app.

Meeting minutes

Structured meeting notes that capture decisions and actions, and keep follow-up context tied to the relevant work.

Contracts

Contract tracking for status, owners, dates, and related records, so agreements live beside the delivery work they govern.

Team directory

Workspace membership and role management for owners, contributors, and viewers.

Notes

Workspace notes for lightweight capture, with a completed flag for simple follow-through.

Favorites

Saved access to the items people return to most often.

Recycle bin

A recovery area for deleted items so content can be restored instead of lost.

Client portal

A read-only stakeholder surface for approved visibility into selected work.

Feedback board

A public feedback surface for bugs, ideas, and feature requests.

How teams use it

  1. Create a workspace and invite the people who need access.
  2. Set up projects, then break them into activities with owners and dates.
  3. Attach documents and meeting minutes to the work they support.
  4. Use contracts, notes, favorites, and the recycle bin to keep the workspace tidy and governed.
  5. Share approved progress through the portal or the public feedback surface.

What is not listed here

This documentation does not describe modules that are still marked as coming soon in the app, such as forms and workflows. Those are not part of the public feature docs yet.
