1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organisation name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details through our payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Workspace content

Any content you create or upload to Praxiox — including projects, tasks, documents, meeting records, comments, and attachments — is stored securely in your workspace. This content belongs to you.

Usage data

We collect anonymised, aggregated usage data to understand howPraxiox is used and to improve the product. This includes page views, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics. We do not track individual user behaviour for advertising purposes.

Device and browser information

We collect standard technical information such as browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address for security, debugging, and service optimisation purposes.

2. How we use your information

• To operate, maintain, and improve Praxiox.
• To authenticate users and secure your account.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and product feedback.
• To send transactional emails related to your account (billing confirmations, security alerts, service updates).
• To send product updates and announcements — you can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use a limited number of vetted sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict contractual obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. Data storage and security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Workspaces are isolated using row-level security policies. Database backups are taken daily and retained for 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, audit logging, vulnerability scanning, and regular security reviews. While no system is perfectly secure, we take every reasonable measure to protect your data.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can export all your workspace data from account settings before requesting deletion.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV/JSON export is available in-app).
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. International transfers

Our primary infrastructure is located in the European Union. If you access Praxiox from outside the EU, your data will be transferred to and processed in the EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Children's privacy

Praxiox is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the product. Your continued use of Praxiox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
