Refund policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Praxiox subscriptions purchased directly from Praxiox Ltd. It covers monthly and annual subscription charges. It does not apply to charges made by third parties, including taxes, bank fees, or payment processor fees, unless required by law.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original charge. The request must come from the account holder or an authorised billing contact. We may ask for enough information to verify the purchase and confirm the request.

3. What is refundable

• First-time subscription charges requested within the 30-day window.
• Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our side.
• Charges refunded because required by applicable law.

4. What is not refundable

• Subscription renewals after the initial billing period.
• Partial billing periods after cancellation.
• Fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for a terms violation.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@praxiox.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include your account email, the charge date, and a short reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your account.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you purchased a subscription before a change, the version in effect when you purchased it will generally apply to that purchase, unless a later version is more favourable to you or required by law.
