Our story
Praxiox started with one observation: the people running delivery spend more time chasing updates than doing the work. Tools were everywhere. Truth was nowhere. Spreadsheets held the plan, email held the decisions, shared drives held the documents, and Slack held the questions nobody could answer without opening three other tabs.
We built Praxiox because we lived that problem. Our founding team spent years running delivery inside consulting firms, industrial operations, and technology companies. We saw the same pattern everywhere: capable teams slowed down by coordination overhead, not by the work itself.
Praxiox is one quiet place for projects, meetings, documents, and approvals. It's designed for the people who actually run things — delivery leads, PMOs, operations managers — and the teams they coordinate.
What we believe
- Software should reduce work, not invent it. Every feature has to earn its keep. If it doesn't save time or remove confusion, it doesn't ship.
- Defaults matter more than options. If teams have to configure their way to value, we've failed. Praxiox should be useful within 10 minutes of signing up.
- Calm beats clever. A boring screen that ships decisions beats a flashy one that doesn't. We optimise for clarity, not for demos.
- Your data is yours. Export everything, anytime. No lock-in, no hostage pricing, no dark patterns to prevent you from leaving.
Where we are
Praxiox is a distributed company with roots in Europe. Our infrastructure is EU-hosted, and we're committed to data privacy and security from day one. We're currently in early access, working closely with our first cohort of design partners to shape the product.
